Bungee offers a low impact, and high-energy full-body workout suspended in the air with bungee cords.

A total body cardio workout mixed with functional training moves helping you achieve a well-toned body, and improve your balance and agility.

Not only that, it will let you punch and kick your stress away.

This is a high intensity cardio class where we use the bosuand other equipment to move side to side, up and down, crunch, run, and jump.

This class is designed to have fun, burn calories and challenge yourselves.

Push your edge and challenge your mind. This class is half power yoga and half deep yin stretches for the ultimate full-body reset. With a strong focus on twists.
