TABATALATES

Two extremely fun and lovable workouts combined in one class. A fusion of Pilates + Tabata! Incorporating the pilates technique and exercises with tabata intervals (8 rounds: 20 seconds of pilates & high intensity training & 10 seconds active rest) to not only strengthen and tone your muscles but to also increase and improve your athletic performance.

A more athletic approach to the reformer with a contemporary twist. Incorporating different pieces of equipment as well as weights every class, changing it up to challenge your small & large muscles finding yourself changing and improving by the class!
