60 minutes class using the Pilates reformer to strengthen the core, improve body posture, and to tone upper and lower body using Pilates tools and light weights. Ending the class by getting you into deeper body stretches and hip oenenig yoga postures on the reformer.

The class suits all levels and its postnatal friendly.

This class is all bout full-body stretches to explore new movement. You’ll explore longer holds that help you connect with your natural flexibility and learn how to use your breath and move with it to get you deeper into each pose.
