Kids PULSI-Fly (6-8 Yrs)

This class will help your child from 6 to 8 years build strength, endurance, and flexibility while teaching him/her self-acceptance. Your child will also master coordination and balance through yoga and bootcamp in a fun, loving and safe environment!

Kids PULSI-Fly (9-12 Yrs)

Through physical activities kids learn about sportsmanship, setting goals, meeting challenges, teamwork, and the value of fitness. This class will ensure your loved one is healthier, happier, and stronger!
