magical experience.. A little bit of cardio and a little bit of Pilates.. And a lotta bit of a stronger and happier you!

A class designed to FIRE up not only your heart rate but also every muscle in your body! This class will surprise you with fire cardio drills in between your strength sets. Prepare to not only IGNITE your PULSE but also IGNITE your FIRE!

Every person needs to recover and recharge. After failure happens, the body works to repair the ripped muscles so that they become leaner, longer and stronger, creating visible tone and definition in the body. This class is meant to go in to deep stretches followed by deep awareness. Loosening up

A thriving and more athletic approach to that muscle burn. A class designed to ReDefine & tone every muscle in every way, improving muscular strength, endurance, and maximizing fat burn.. (An Upper BODY +Lower BODY burn)

The best way to recharge is to recover and the best way to recover is to hiit a quick an intensive heart pumping cycling ride that will warm up each and every muscle in your body to prepare it for the ultimate stretch.
