TaBaTa RIDE

Experience a fun dynamic conditioning class. On the bike and off the bike, 4 to 8 rounds of 20 seconds of high intensity interval training and 10 seconds of rest.

If your meal was worth every calorie then this class will be worth every calorie burn! Your in for a great surprise for what it takes to burn your cheat meal (this class will change weekly) get to experience all type of classes weekly with a different Pulse trainer.
