This is a high intensity cardio class where we use the bosuand other equipment to move side to side, up and down, crunch, run, and jump.

This class is designed to have fun, burn calories and challenge yourselves.

BOSU BURN

A fun and innovative way to strengthen your muscles. This full body strength class will have you sweating with not 1 bit of cardio. The BOSU adds an element of intensity to the workout with you having to balance on an unstable surface. You will be activating your core from start to finish. Whether it’s legs or abs you will definitely feel the burn.

If you’re looking to maximize weightloss and gain stamina this is your go to class! A Plyometric circuit training class that will leave you feeling motivated to FIRE up all of your weaknesses! Lets just say..If Werk Hiit and Drenched would have a baby, this would be the class!
