Two extremely fun and lovable workouts combined in one class. A fusion of Pilates + Tabata! Incorporating the pilates technique and exercises with tabata intervals (8 rounds: 20 seconds of pilates & high intensity training & 10 seconds active rest) to not only strengthen and tone your muscles but to also increase and improve your athletic performance.

Werk HIIT
Like bootcamp but BETTER! Explosive moves, alternating between cardio and strength intervals. Using not only weights, steps, bosu, balls, and ropes, but also your very own body weight. This is where you’ll werk it to burn fat and reshape your body. You’re in for a killer workout.

Combining sets and reps of different weights followed by Cardio Plyometric drills. A Cardio/Strength class targeting large & small muscle groups as well as UNwanted FAT!
