This class inspired by traditional barre exercises but done without the ballet barre. It focuses on bodyweight movements, light weights, and resistance bands to sculpt muscles and improve endurance. It includes elements of low-impact cardio and emphasizes alignment, core engagement, and muscle toning.

No shoes required/Pilates socks recommended.

A total body cardio workout mixed with functional training moves helping you achieve a well-toned body, and improve your balance and agility.

Not only that, it will let you punch and kick your stress away.

This is a high intensity cardio class where we use the bosuand other equipment to move side to side, up and down, crunch, run, and jump.

A fun and innovative way to strengthen your muscles. This full body strength class will have you sweating with not 1 bit of cardio. The BOSU adds an element of intensity to the workout with you having to balance on an unstable surface. You will be activating your core from start to finish. Whether it’s legs or abs you will definitely feel the burn.
